This is Captain Vehrasi the Vicious! Nemesis to Captain Irelia. An absolute pirate demon of the ozone seas. Massive beef with Irelia & Natahla. All 3 of them go way back. They were former military for the empire. She is a constant presence chasing the crew.
She will absolutely lacerate the flesh & meat off your bones if she finds your crew..

Not an easy opponent. All-consuming character. She puts 200% in everything she does. Hates being anything less than her former comrades.
